Services: Iteckdev provides professional services including AI development, machine learning solutions, custom WordPress plugin development, CRM and HR systems, custom CMS and website development, e-commerce development, website cybersecurity, data analytics, and penetration testing for startups and SMEs.
Project Scope: Project deliverables, timelines, pricing, and requirements must be agreed before development begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and timeline adjustments.
Payments: Payments for development, security, consulting, and technical services are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, required content, authorized system access, and legally owned or properly licensed materials.
